I have used Flower24 twice so far. The first time was a few years back – the delivery was one day late, however, the bouquet was beautiful. This time, I was a bit worried as I never received the email with the tracking link as was stated in the email with ordering information. Nevertheless, on the day of delivery, already around noon, the recipient sent me the picture of the bouquet, which was again beautiful and did look just like on the website picture. Just a small suggestion – it would be nice if there was the option to add the recipient’s phone number to the delivery address, as sometimes it might be easier to deliver the flowers, especially if the recipient is not at home at that moment. Either way, very happy with the whole process and I would absolutely recommend Flower24.

BTW, In the Eastern World it works very simple and efficient:
They use couriers, the desired delivery date/period is given in advance and they contact the person in advance in order to organize the delivery.
E.G. Once I sent nice flowers to my girl to Riga, but she happened o be in Jürmala at that time, so after the phone conversation they delivered them to Jürmala!!
Apparently We are good enough to deliver your used weapons to be used as cannon-fodder, but nothing else!!!

We were very happy with the flowers delivered to our sister-in-law in Nyon. We ordered from the UK on the website and were kept up to date with the delivery and shipping status every day. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and from the pictures sent to us, they looked excellent (even better than the picture of that bouquet on the website). We would definitely use this compnay again for sending flowers in Switzerland.
Wir waren ein bisschen unzufrieden mit dem Blumenstrauss, was aber nicht an flower24 liegt, sondern am Floristen. Wir haben für den Muttertag einen Strauss der Saison bestellt, welcher etwas leblos aussah. Geschmäcker sind bekanntlich verschieden!

Delivered to the exact expectation but could improve on less package. It was amazingly safe packed but the amount of package needs to be considered and flower 24 should look into a more sustainable way to post there flowers.
