Dear customer, thank you for your review. You placed the order on Saturday 27.01. We then sent it to you on Monday 29.01. via Priority Shipping. Unfortunately, Swiss Post failed to deliver the parcel to you on Wednesday, January 31 instead of Tuesday, January 30. We will complain to the post office about the late delivery. However, we handled everything correctly from our side.
