Abysmal lack of customer care, particularly inexcusable for a company positioning itself as a luxury brand, and a complete lack of accountability after my order was never delivered, replaced, or refunded Upon ordering, no shipping details or delivery tracking links were provided at any point. Only after I personally inquired about the whereabouts of my missing order did Zwyer Caviar produce an allegedly “complete” postal tracking history. Yet, I had received nothing and Zwyer Caviar had not provided me with any of the aforementioned usual means to incur any knowledge to monitor or verify the delivery of said order that was now missing. For two weeks, I attempted to resolve the issue through repeated phone calls and numerous emails but I was not met with the merest acknowledgement. The only response I did finally receive was utterly dismissive of the issue at hand, echoing merely the belatedly disclosed tracking information while ignoring the fact that the product had, in fact, not been delivered. My payment of 637.50 CHF has neither been refunded or the order replaced, nor has Zwyer Caviar assumed even a shred of responsibility. At the very least, considering the luxury pricepoint of the service and basic corporate decorum, an apology should have been issued. I am disappointed by and frankly enraged at the reluctant communication and negligent resolve practiced by this business. Failing to provide tracking for a high-value, perishable product requiring refrigerated delivery is not a minor oversight but a serious operational failure for which I am bearing both the financial and material loss. I was never even sent an email to rate or review my order - perhaps another error of their business system or intentional omission to evade customer review.
