Following my order 1049447 on 5/6/2023, Zepressing sent me a customer satisfaction survey e-mail in English, also inviting me to call via phone. I chose to call and was quickly told to send a message instead. Why invite me to call then? In any case, the order was not at all satisfactory, and it looked like my shirts were not ironed at all, and I even asked for them to be ironed with starch! I have attached 5 photos as examples here, and I am sure you will agree that there is absolutely no way this looks satisfactory or can be worn for business. As I had a business trip the week after I got my shorts back, I had to iron shirts myself. Please advise what Zepressing actually did to my shirts. Did someone forget to iron them, or is this normal standard for Zepressing? I would like to use a service such as Zepressing, but I need to be highly confident that the quality of the service is always good.
