Overall I love the service from Farmy, everything has been great. However, this is the first time the delivery person rang at the door downstairs but not at my door when they brought the bags up. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but this time I specifically ordered so I could give back a crate of vivi kola that I've held on to in order to get the deposit back. So now I am still stuck with the crate, and confused as to why they dropped the bags and left without any further interaction since I usually at least give bags back to be reused.
So far I always received an email with the estimated time of arrival -+15min.
Even if it was -+30 min I did find that notification quite useful, but the last deliveries did not get such a message, now I only was notified once the delivery was about to arrive, and once I just got the message 1min before the actual delivery!
Also last time my delivery was left on the door claiming I was not home, but I was! the delivery person just did not wait at all! In general once is not all the time just waiting by the door to open it once the ring the bell.
In general I'm disappointed and feels the delivery process is getting worst.
